Obtaining citizenship in Morocco
There are several ways to obtain Moroccan citizenship:
1. Naturalization. It is necessary to live in the country's territory continuously and legally for at least five years. After this time, you can apply for citizenship. However, remember that the relevant authorities of Morocco have to confirm your legal stay.
2. Marriage. Marry a Moroccan citizen. This method has its complications. For example, you must live together after the wedding for at least two years on the state's territory. After that, you can apply for citizenship.
3. By origin. Children receive citizenship if at least one of their parents is Moroccan. At the same time, the country where the child was born does not matter.
