Marriage with a foreigner or asylum is not the only option to stay in the states. In some countries, quite favorable conditions have been developed for the legalization of foreigners.

Issuance of this type of visa has many advantages and a low percentage of refusals. It can be obtained on the territory of Spain, to submit documents it is not necessary to return to the country of residence or to issue a category D visa. The main advantage is the absence of age restrictions.

The easiest way is language courses. The average cost is from 3,500 to 6,000 euros/year, depending on the city and school where you plan to study.

Portugal

Entrepreneur's visa

The most affordable way to stay in Portugal permanently is to issue an entrepreneur visa. However, this process has its nuances, for example, the applicant cannot leave Portugal for about 2 years.

The list of fields of activity that can be chosen is quite large. The main thing is to have an income of at least €705 per month and pay taxes.

Registration procedure:

- get a fiscal identification number (NIF);

- open an account;

- open Actividade on the Financas portal;

- find a tax representative;

- choose a code for the activity (an analogue of KVED);

- issue a social insurance number (NISS);

- show an income of at least €705 per month for at least 2 months;

- submit an electronic application on the portal;

- wait for the invitation to submit documents in person to SEF, while working and issuing Recibo Verde.

The waiting process takes several years. The countdown to the issuance of the Portuguese passport will begin after receiving the residence permit. Your family will be able to live with you in Portugal, and then get a residence permit on the basis of family reunification.
