Wizz Air will have a “business class” on all routes: what is included in Wizz Class
Wizz Air is expanding its Wizz Class service to all its flights, effectively introducing a conditional “business class” format in the low-cost segment. Passengers will receive more space and comfort without a full-fledged upgrade. Learn more about the new Wizz Class service
Wizz Air has announced the expansion of Wizz Class to all its routes in 2026. After a test launch on several routes, the airline decided to scale up the format, which has been popularly dubbed “business class” for the low-cost airline.
The new service is targeted at passengers who value additional space and comfort during the flight but are not willing to overpay for classic business class on traditional airlines. This format can be a compromise between an affordable price and a higher level of convenience.
Earlier, we told you that European low-cost airlines have announced lucrative offers for spring and summer flights.
Planning a trip abroad?
Insurance from the Visit World portal will help you avoid unnecessary risks. The policy covers the costs of medical treatment, emergency assistance, and unforeseen situations abroad, so that even in the event of delays or route changes, you remain protected and can focus on your trip rather than on problems.
Wizz Air launches Wizz Class on all routes
Initially, Wizz Class was launched in test mode on selected flights from the airline's key hubs in different European countries. In particular, the service was available on flights from Budapest (Hungary), Bucharest Otopeni (Romania), Warsaw (Poland), London Luton and London Gatwick (UK), and Rome Fiumicino (Italy).
The demand for the updated flight format was higher than the airline expected, especially among passengers who often fly for business purposes and choose destinations between major European cities. This was a key argument for the decision to extend Wizz Class to all of the carrier's routes.

What is included in Wizz Class and who benefits from it?
Wizz Class is an additional option to a standard flight that allows you to increase comfort without upgrading to a full-fledged business class. The format is aimed at passengers who want to have more space during the flight, but at the same time keep the low-cost price of the low-cost airline affordable.
Within Wizz Class, passengers receive:
- Reserved empty middle seat in the first row of the cabin, which provides more personal space;
- Extra legroom due to the first row seat;
- Free soft drink and snack during the flight;
- Possibility to arrange the service together with Smart or Plus packages, which include priority boarding and hand luggage up to 10 kg.
This format will be convenient for business travelers, passengers on short and medium-haul routes, as well as for those who often fly with low-cost airlines but want a little more comfort without a significant increase in ticket price.

Other updates from Wizz Air in 2026
In addition to expanding the Wizz Class service, in 2026, Wizz Air plans to actively develop its route network and open new destinations in popular tourist regions of Europe. This allows passengers to choose more options for traveling in the summer season without transfers or with a minimum number of connections.
In particular, the airline has announced new flights to Croatia and Malta from Romania, which are scheduled to launch in late spring. Also, the summer schedule will include flights to Dubrovnik from the Polish city of Katowice, which expands the opportunities for traveling to the Adriatic coast from Central and Eastern Europe.
These updates demonstrate Wizz Air's focus on peak season destinations and its commitment to strengthening its presence on popular European routes.
