All travelers to Argentina must carry travel insurance. The policy must include:

A transit visa to Argentina is issued to foreigners who enter the territory of Argentina to enter a third country. A transit visa to Argentina is valid for 10 days. In exceptional cases, the visa can be extended at the Migration Center of Argentina. Travelers who transfer at an Argentine airport but do not leave the transit area, and their stay is less than 12 hours, do not need a transit visa.
