The platform for travelers TripAdvisor has published a rating of the best beaches in the world according to users – Travelers' Choice Awards. The rating was created based on the reviews travelers left on the site. Both beaches where you can swim and picturesque places that are not suitable for swimming were included in the rating.

1st place – Baia do Sancho, Fernando de Noronha, Brazil. This is not the first year that Baia do Sancho beach, which is located off the coast of Brazil on the volcanic island of Fernando de Noronha, has topped the rating. Due to the fact that the beach is remote, you can get here only by stone steps. The main highlight of Baia do Sancho is the majestic cliffs.

2nd place – Eagle Beach, Palm-Eagle Beach, Aruba – Aruba's widest beach with soft white sand, quiet and unspoilt. Four species of sea turtles live in Aruba, most of the turtle nests are located on Eagle Beach.

3rd place – Cable Beach, Broome, Australia – Great for sightseeing, walking, swimming and camel rides at sunset.

4th place – Reynisfjara Beach, Vik, Iceland – an amazing beach in the south of Iceland. Its main feature is that the sand here is black, because it was formed from solidified volcanic lava. The harsh rocks and the steel-hued sea add color to the place.

5th place – Grace Bay Beach, Grace Bay, Providenciales – a place where eternal summer reigns, a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and an ideal climate. The local coast is famous for its natural beauty, high-class facilities and impeccable cleanliness.

6th place – Praia da Falesia, Olhos de Agua, Portugal. The beach stretches for several kilometers in a fairly wide golden strip along the ocean. A stunningly beautiful place surrounded by steep cliffs.

7th place – Radhanagar Beach, Havelock Island, Andaman and Nicobar Islands – the most popular beach in the Andaman Islands. Nature and the underwater world - this is why Havelock can be considered a paradise.

8th place – Spiaggia dei Conigli, Lampedusa, Islands of Sicily – one of the wonders of the world. A beach with white sand, turquoise water and a cool sea breeze.

9th place – Varadero Beach, Varadero, Cuba– the most famous resort town in Cuba. It is located on the Icacos Peninsula and is washed by the waters of the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. The city of eternal sun and endless celebration - this is what Varadero is called around the world. Everything is here for tourists and only for them: luxurious and budget hotels, many restaurants and night clubs, diving centers and a clear turquoise ocean.

10th place – Ka'anapali Beach, Lahaina, Hawaii - beautiful ocean, beach and many places for walking and snorkeling attract tourists here.

Also included in the rating were the beaches of the USA, Spain, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Tanzania, Greece and Cyprus.
