What is glamping?

Literally from English, "glamping" is translated as glamorous camping (a combination of the words glamor and camping). This is a relatively new format of accommodation facilities, which is usually a stylish and quite modern building, the roof of which can be made of glass, and the walls of wood.

The history of glamping

The first to relax comfortably in tents were the medieval kings, who pitched huge tents during their campaigns, where there were many amenities for the highest persons. Back then, their tents housed not only comfortable beds, but also entire libraries and real cast-iron bathtubs.
