In 2025, Indonesia launched a new digital portal, All Indonesia, which integrates visa applications, customs declarations and medical forms into a single system. This solution significantly simplifies travel, allowing travelers to complete all formalities online in just a few minutes. Find out what information is needed and where to apply
Indonesia is taking another step towards digitalizing travel. In July 2025, the country officially launched the All Indonesia portal in test mode - a single online platform that combines immigration procedures, customs declarations and medical forms in one system.
Read everything we know so far about the new Indonesian control system and how the entry procedure will change for representatives of Morocco, Tunisia, Tajikistan and other countries in this article.
Why is the launch of the All Indonesia platform important?
Previously, travelers had to separately:
- Apply for a visa on arrival (VoA) or apply for an e-VoA/e-Visa;
- Fill out a SATUSEHAT Health Pass (health declaration);
- Submit an e-CD customs declaration.
Each stage had its own website or application, which often created confusion. Now all these procedures have been reduced to one digital form.
When will the All Indonesia system officially launch?
On July 24, 2025, the system was launched at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Jakarta). The event was attended by Immigration Minister Agus Andrianto and Coordinating Minister of Regional Infrastructure Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono.
“We aim to make entering Indonesia easier and more convenient. The new system allows you to fill out the form in advance, and on average it only takes 2.5 minutes,” emphasized Minister Andrianto.
Currently, the registration procedure through the All Indonesia system is already available.
