Traveling with pets
A health certificate issued by a public veterinary hospital certifying that the pet is healthy and has recently been vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus, and rabies, and is free of external parasites and other infectious diseases, and requires registration at the Gambia Veterinary Department upon entry into the country.
Within 72 hours of arrival in The Gambia, the pet should be taken to a veterinary clinic for a physical examination.
