Armenians must obtain a visa before their arrival in Poland — it’s required.

Armenian citizens can choose between:

• Type C visa (Schengen): lets you stay in Poland (or travel through other Schengen countries) for up to 90 days. Great for trips and short visits.

How can Armenian citizens apply for a visa to Poland?

1. Sign up on e-Consulate

Go to the official website, pick your country and consulate, then click “Schengen visa – register the form”.

2. Pay the fee

• €90 – adults (12+)
• €45 – children (6–12)
• Free – kids under 6

After registering, follow the payment steps. The fee can’t be refunded if the visa is denied.

3. Collect your documents

You’ll need:

• Completed visa form
• Passport (min. 2 blank pages, issued within last 10 years)
• 1–2 photos
• Proof of fee payment
• Health insurance for €30,000+ (from an approved insurer)
  

4. Book your appointment

Submit your documents in person at the consulate or visa center. Most Armenians do this online through e-Consulate.

5. Wait for the result

Visa processing usually takes 15 days, but can go up to 45 in some cases.
