This type of visa is intended for all applicants who wish to visit Angola for tourism purposes during their vacation. In order to apply for such a visa, you will need to prepare a confirmation of accommodation reservation in Angola for the duration of the trip.
TOURIST VISA REQUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING:
- The visa application form, which is duly completed front and back, in type letters, black ink, and signed by the applicant or requester.
- A letter addressed to the Embassy of Angola, Consular Section (2100-2108 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009) stating the reason for your visit. This letter must be notarized.
- You must have a yellow fever vaccination card.
- Hotel reservation
- Itinerary letter to Angola with a return ticket.
- One recent color passport size photo.
- The original and copy of the passport — the main pages and pages containing information about migration movements.
- Bank statement. A livelihood guarantee equivalent to USD 200 for each day of stay in the country, in accordance with Article 19 (1) of Law 2/07 of August 31.
- Fee payment in the amount of USD 70.00 (Payments to the Consular Section must be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover cards. The application processing fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application).
- The review period is 5-7 working days.

Business visa to Angola
This type of visa is intended for all applicants who wish to go to Angola for activities related to business development or on a business trip. In order to apply for such a visa, you will need to prepare an invitation from a legal entity in Angola, as well as an extract from the company's registration in the trade register
FOR BUSINESS ONLY
- A letter addressed to the Embassy of Angola, Consular Section (2100-2108 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009) with the following requirements: A letter from a private enterprise sponsoring the visa applicant must be certified by the Angolan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The letter from the visa applicant must be notarized.
- Proof of the legal establishment of the company, a copy of the business permit, a copy of the proof of payment of current taxes (tax on industrial production for the current year);
- Respublica (official gazette of the republic);
- Identification of the person who signed the letter (BI or passport, if the signatory is a citizen of Angola, or a passport with an Angolan visa, if the signatory is a foreigner);
- Visa applicant's livelihood guarantee (bank statement for the current month) equivalent to US $200 for each day of stay in the country, in accordance with Article 19 (1) of Law 2/07 of August 31, (UNLESS it is specified in the invitation letter that they will be responsible for your stay);
- Two recent passport-size color photos of the visa applicant.
- The original and copy of the passport — the main pages and pages containing information about migration movements.
- A copy of hotel reservation (unless the invitation states that they will be responsible for your accommodation);
- Fee payment in the amount of $70.00 (Payment to the Consular Department must be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover cards. Processing fees are non-refundable regardless of the results of the application review).
- The review period is 5-7 working days.

SHORT-TERM VISA REQUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING:
- Visa application form, with front and reverse sides duly filled in by typing method, in black ink and signed by the applicant or requester;
- One recent passport-size color photo;
- The original and copy of the passport — the main pages and pages containing information on migration movements;
- The applicant's passport must be valid for at least 6 months;
- A copy of the applicant's travel itinerary;
- International vaccination certificate (yellow fever);
- A letter or request from the visa applicant addressed to the consular and diplomatic mission of Angola (this letter must be notarized);
- A livelihood guarantee equivalent to 200 US dollars for each day of stay in the country, in accordance with Article 19 (1) of Law 2/07 of August 31;
- A copy of hotel reservation with the official seal of the hotel;
- Entry fee of $80.00 (as of November 2, 2015, payments to the Consular Section must be made by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Only in exceptional circumstances will money transfers be accepted. Processing fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application).

- The statement of no criminal record, issued by the government of the country of origin or residence, translated and duly certified;
- Medical proof from the country of origin, translated and duly certified;
- Confirmation of the presence of livelihood means;
- Three recent color photos of the passport-size;
- The original and copy of the passport - the main pages and pages containing information about migration movements;
- Statement of commitment to comply with the laws of Angola;
- Investor certificate;
- Confirmation of permission for the import of capital for the necessary investments from a competent banking organization;
- Valid power of attorney to a person, representing anеруinvestor in Angola, if applicable;
- Confirmation of payment for the requested immigration document;
- Payment of $250.00 (Payments to the Consular Office are due only by Visa, Master Card or Discover cards, money transfers are also accepted. The application processing fee is not refundable regardless from the results of the application review).

This type of visa is intended for all applicants who wish to go to Angola to visit their relatives or friends. In order to apply for such a visa, you will need to prepare an invitation from a person living in Angola.
A REQUEST FOR A VISITOR VISA MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING:
- Visa application form, front and back, duly completed in typing manner, in black ink, and signed by the applicant or requester;
- Duly executed request, addressed to the Consular and Diplomatic Mission of Angola, for obtaining a visa for a temporary stay;
- Academic and professional certificates translated into Portuguese, certified by a notary and the Consular and Diplomatic Mission of Angola;
- Certificate of no criminal record issued by the authorities of the country of origin or residence;
- Medical certificate from the country of origin;
- Evidence of family relationships with citizens of the country or foreigners legally residing in the country;
- Confirmation of the availability of means of livelihood and housing;
- Three recent passport-size color photos;
- The original and copy of the passport — the main pages and pages containing information on migration movements;
- Statement of commitment to comply with the laws of Angola;
- Confirmation of payment for the requested immigration document;
- Fee of $150.00 (Payments to the Consular Section must be made by Visa, Master Card or Discover, or cash is accepted. The application processing fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application).

Visa to Angola for children
Information about children under the age of 16 traveling with their parents is included in the mother's or father's visa. In the case of traveling without one parent, a notarized consent for the child's departure must be obtained from the other.
In addition to the standard list of documents, the following documents are required to apply for a visa to Angola for children.
Child's birth certificate with information about parents.
Permission for the departure of the child in the case of traveling with one parent, or documents confirming the absence of parental rights, incapacity or death of the second parent.
