Ordinary employment permits

Government officials must ensure that a Belizean could not be hired to replace you.

As a candidate, you should have good qualities and skills required for this position. The department often requires police reports, training certificates and endorsements from various groups to prove this.

Applicants must provide a police report and a letter of recommendation from the relevant Ministry of Labor. Individuals also need a recommendation from an organization in their employment category, which may include a national association or business group.

Once the applicant has gathered all the necessary materials, they can submit them with the completed application to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
