According to the updates, travelers will be required to submit their application online before arriving in the country. Who needs to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card?

- Transit passengers who do not pass through Thai immigration.

- Travelers using a border pass for certain land border crossings.


When do I need to fill out the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)?


From May 1, 2025, all foreign travelers must fill out the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) 72 hours before arrival.


How to fill out the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)?


Filling out the TDAC is a fairly simple process, in order to fill out the card, follow these steps:


Step 1 - Go to the official website

Go to tdac.immigration.go.th, where the digital form is located, and select the “Arrival Card” option.


Step 2 - Enter your personal information

Fill in your personal details such as full name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, and visa details if applicable.


Step 3 – Provide your travel information

Enter your expected arrival date, mode of transport (e.g. plane, train, bus), purpose of visit (tourism, business, etc.) and details of your stay in Thailand.


Step 4 – Complete a full health declaration

As part of your security measures, you will be required to indicate all countries you have visited in the last 14 days before arriving in Thailand. This will help the authorities assess any potential health risks.


Step 5 – Check your information and submit your application

Step 6 – Provide your email address

In the next step, enter a valid email address to which your TDAC will be sent as a PDF file. It is important to use an email account that you can access during your trip as you will need this document upon arrival in Thailand.

After you submit the form, you will receive your TDAC. You can save it on your mobile device or print a copy to present upon arrival in Thailand.


How does the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) work?
