Treatment

The level of medical services and their quality in Brunei are quite high. More than 20 modern hospitals and clinics located in such a small space provide almost all possible types of Health Care. English-speaking doctors work everywhere.

Hospitals are equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment and use advanced treatment methods. Cities have both public and private clinics. International health insurance is recommended.

There are about 15 medical centers, 10 clinics and 22 health care institutions about the health of mother and child in the country. There are two private hospitals. Flying Medical Services has been established to provide medical services in rural areas.

Foreign citizens can access Brunei's health system through their own or insurance funds. State clinics issue an invoice for medical services provided after treatment. Private clinics require insurance before providing medical services.
