Ukrainian citizens do not need a visa to enter Cyprus. The period of stay in the country should not exceed 90 days. This applies if you are traveling as a tourist, visiting family or friends, attending business meetings, cultural or sporting events, or for short-term study. Longer stays are possible, but you must apply for an extension of your stay.
All citizens wishing to visit Cyprus are required by law to have travel insurance. Insurance is also a prerequisite for registration with the immigration authorities.
A travel insurance policy has to meet the following requirements:

The peculiarities of entry to the Northern part of Cyprus.
The Northern part of Cyprus, ruled by the Turkish Cypriots, has announced itself a “Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus” in 1983. No countries apart from Turkey recognize “TRNC”.
Entry recommendations
Entry and exit from the Republic of Cyprus is only available at the airports of Larnaca and Paphos and at the seaports of Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos. The Republic of Cyprus does not consider entry to Ercan Airport in the north to be legal.
Is it possible to obtain a residence permit in the Northern part of Cyprus?
You cannot obtain a residence permit from the Republic of Cyprus to live in an area north of the UN buffer zone. You can cross the buffer zone and enter the Turkish Cypriot territory by presenting a valid passport at one of the recognized checkpoints.
How long can you stay in the Northern part of Cyprus?
You can stay in Turkish Cypriot-ruled territory for less than 90 days.
If you have been in Turkish Cypriot-controlled territory for more than 90 days, you may be detained by the Immigration Service or the police of the Republic of Cyprus, or you may be denied entry to a government-controlled part of the island.
If you do not have a visa-free entry to Cyprus, you may need an airport transit visa.
