What documents are required for a treatment visa?

Treatment visa (when traveling to Monaco for medical purposes):

● A letter from a doctor/clinic/hospital in the visa applicant's home country stating that they need treatment in Monaco.

● Official confirmation of treatment/appointment of the receiving medical institution (hospitals/clinics) in Monaco.

● Confirmation that the applicant has sufficient financial means to pay medical expenses and other related expenses during treatment:

1. Bank statements.
2. Sponsorship letter + sponsor's bank statements.
3. Confirmation of advance payments for treatment + bank account statement for other related expenses.
4. A note verbale ( is considered one of the most common documents of diplomatic correspondence, the expression "note verbale" means: "a document that should be taken into account first") from the Ministry of Health of the applicant's home country, which should announce the readiness of the relevant government to cover the expenses for medical treatment (medical services covered by the government of the applicant's home country).
