Education in Mozambique for Eswatini citizenship

A student’s visa is issued to foreign citizens that are willing to enter Mozambique with the intention to receive education in an officially renounced educational institution. This visa is valid for twelve (12) months and can be extended for another such period. 

PASSPORT OR A SIMILAR DOCUMENT

The document has to be valid for not less than six (6) months/180 (one hundred eighty) days.

SUPPORT MEANS

Proof of sufficient funds during the applicant's stay in Mozambique.

PROOF OF A SCHOLARSHIP OR COURSE ATTENDANCE 

A written proof that the applicant has a scholarship in Mozambique, or a written letter, proving enrollment on a course. 

A RECENT PHOTOGRAPH 

Applicants need to provide one recent photograph of passport size.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

VISA FEES

Applicants must attach to the application proof of payment of the visa fee.

PROOF OF RESIDENCE

Proof of guaranteed housing and other basic needs, such as food and transportation in Mozambique for students without a scholarship.

ENTRY APPLICATION FORM

The form entitled "APPLICATION FOR ENTRY IN MOSAMBIQUE" must be properly completed and signed by the applicant. The form may be completed only in English, Portuguese or French, in capital letters and in black or blue ink. Abbreviations and acronyms are not allowed.

A guest visa can be only issued to individuals entering the country with a simple reason (valid at least 15 days with a possibility to extend to 90 days)
