3. In addition to these documents, you will need a medical certificate issued by a doctor resident in Niger, 4 recent photos for identification, paid road tax of 1500 FCFA, a photocopy of the consular card issued by the embassy or consulate of your country in Niamey, tax in 10,000 FCFA for ECOWAS nationals and 50,000 FCFA for non-ECOWAS nationals.
