An employee working in private companies and organizations must meet the following requirements:

• A written statement from the employer indicating the foreign worker's data, reasons, security guarantees and means of livelihood.
• Valid passport for at least one more year.
• Employment contract approved by the Ministry of Labor.
• Work permit.
• Two passport size photos.
• Certificate of academic skills
• Resume
• National identity card
• Medical reference

Foreign investor

A foreign investor must meet the following requirements:

• A written application for obtaining a residence permit specifying personal data and insurance.
• Business license from the Ministry of Trade
• Valid passport for at least one more year
• Two passport-size photos
• Business profile.
• Certificate of academic qualification.
• National identity card

Foreigners working for the government

Foreigners who work for the government must have the following documents:

• A written application for a residence permit from the relevant department indicating personal data and papers.
• Valid passport for at least one more year.
• National identity card
• Employment contract approved by the Ministry of Labor

Employees of the UN and intergovernmental organizations

Employees of the UN and intergovernmental organizations must meet such requirements

Diplomats and employees of foreign missions

Diplomats and employees of foreign missions must meet the following requirements:

• Valid passport for at least one more year.
