Business Visa

A Sudanese business visa allows its holder to participate in business activities, such as attending meetings or conferences, conducting or attending training, conducting internal audits, installing equipment or performing other temporary services for a client, local branch. To travel to Sudan for business purposes, you need to notify the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sudan.

Procedure

1. The applicant should contact the Sudanese embassy or consulate in their country of origin
2. Provide a valid, signed passport. It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least 1 blank visa page.
3. Submit two completed, signed Sudan visa applications.
4. Submit two recent 2x2 passport size photos showing the whites of the eyes and taken by a passport photographer.

7. Submit a business letter from the employer or sponsoring company in the country of origin on the letterhead of the company representing the applicant, indicating the applicant's place of employment.
8. Pay the visa fee at the specified bank and submit a visa issuance receipt
