- The Asia-Pacific region - in 2023, it was already the leader, with an average salary growth rate of +1.8%. This year, even higher growth is expected - +2.2%.

- North and South America - wages will grow by 2% this year, compared to just 0.1% in 2023.

Wages in Africa and the Middle East are expected to increase by 0.8% after falling by 1.2% in 2023.
