The new hotel will be the first Radisson Individual property in the Canggu area and will combine high standards of architecture, engineering and infrastructure. The cooperation confirms the intention of both parties to implement a modern project that meets international requirements and the demand of the global real estate and tourism market. That is why cooperation with Radisson is considered not only as an export of Ukrainian development, but also as an opportunity to return global chains to the domestic market.
What is known about the future Radisson project in Lviv?
The area of the future complex is estimated at approximately 6–7 thousand square meters, and the number of rooms is about 100 rooms, with an area of from 30 to 45 sq. m. One of the potential locations is considered to be Mickiewicz Square - the historical center of Lviv with high demand for accommodation and event infrastructure. Currently, the project is at the stage of agreeing on the concept, which usually lasts about six months.
The investor estimates the probability of implementation as very high, but the exact dates for the start of construction and opening have not yet been determined. Anton Taranenko adds that the presence of Radisson in Lviv can be a signal to international players: the Ukrainian market is ready for the return of large investments and the development of tourism infrastructure even in difficult times.
ANTA Group is considering a combination of business and recreational formats: the project may include conference rooms for events, a SPA zone and modern public spaces. The construction of a hotel of this level usually costs from 25 to 35 million dollars, depending on the concept and engineering solutions.
ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu: important details
ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu is a new hotel project by ANTA Group, which is being implemented in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group under the Radisson Individual brand. The facility is located in the Canggu area, near Batu Bolong Beach - one of the most dynamic tourist clusters in Bali, known for its combination of surf locations, cafes, coworking spaces and premium housing. According to a universal press release, the hotel will belong to the upper-upscale category and will combine international standards of the chain with the developer's individual architectural concept.
The project provides for modern infrastructure focused on different types of guests: remote professionals, family travelers and business tourists. The complex plans recreation and work areas, including coworking space, spa infrastructure, children's area, restaurants and open spaces for events. The roof will house a swimming pool and panoramic views, in keeping with the format of international-class resort projects.
Construction is in its final stages: structural work has been completed, finishing touches and preparations for the launch of operational processes are underway. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2026, after completion of certification and integration of Radisson systems. ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu will be the first Radisson Individual project in the Canggu area, which strengthens the brand's presence in the region and opens up new opportunities for the development of investment real estate.
