Any transit passenger holding a return ticket who assures an immigration officer that he/she does not intend to remain in the country for a period exceeding twenty-one days is not required to obtain a transit visa.

Rabies titer test
When entering Dominica from any country, a rabies titer test is required: no earlier than one month after the rabies vaccination. The blood sample must be processed in an approved laboratory. The results must be sent directly to the veterinary service before applying for import.
Import permit
You must apply for an import permit after a rabies titer test.

You must be at least 18 years old to be able to drive in Dominica. If you plan to drive in Dominica, you should have a valid driver's license with you. However, your valid driver's license does not allow you to drive in the country. You need to apply for a temporary visitor's driver's license. Local driving licenses for foreigners are valid for one (1) month or three (3) months. You will not need to enroll in a Dominica driving school to obtain a visitor's driver's license.
As your native driver's license will be considered valid in Dominica, an international driver's license is not officially required. However, it is recommended, especially if your license is not in English. You will be able to use your IDP when you apply for a temporary visitor's driver's license.
