1. Business visa for single entry (F4A - Business - Single Entry Visa)
Single entry. Allows you to stay in Nigeria for up to 90 days.
How to get
It is issued to foreign travelers who wish to visit Nigeria for business meetings, conferences, seminars, contract negotiations, marketing, sales, procurement of Nigerian goods and services, trade fairs, and interviews.
Permitted activities
It is allowed to participate only in the above activities and for such purposes.
Requirements for receiving:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages
- Two recent passport photos (35x40 mm)
- Return ticket
- Confirmation of sufficient funds
- Hotel booking confirmation/Host address in Nigeria.
Where to get
A single entry business visa can be obtained through the eVisa system and Nigerian consulates or visa centers.

2. Business visa for multiple entry (F4B - Business - Multiple Entry Visa)
Multiple entry visa. The period of stay is up to 90 days for each entry.
How to get
Issued to nationals of countries that offer a similar multiple entry business visa to Nigerian nationals.
Permitted activities
Allowed to participate in meetings, conferences, seminars, contract negotiations, marketing, sales, procurement of Nigerian goods/services, fairs and interviews.
Requirements for receiving:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages
- Two recent passport photos (35x40 mm)
- Return ticket
- Confirmation of sufficient funds
- Hotel booking confirmation/Host address in Nigeria.

A multiple entry business visa can only be obtained through a Nigerian consulate.

3. Business visa for executives who travel frequently (F4C - Business - Frequently Travelled Executives Visa)
Single/multiple entry visa. The period of stay is up to 90 days for each entry.
How to get
The visa is for frequent business travelers of international repute with at least $250,000 of investment in Nigeria.
Permitted activities
Allowed to participate in meetings, conferences, seminars, contract negotiations, marketing, sales, procurement of Nigerian goods/services, fairs and interviews.
Requirements for receiving:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages
- Two recent passport photos (35x40 mm)
- Return ticket
- Confirmation of sufficient funds
- Hotel booking confirmation/Host address in Nigeria.

Visas can be obtained through the eVisa system, Nigerian consulates and the Visa On Arrival program, which is only available to nationals of certain countries.

Requirements for receiving:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages
- Leer visa service (pre-approved visa letter)
- Return ticket
- Confirmation of sufficient funds
- Hotel booking confirmation/Host address in Nigeria.

2. Temporary work permit for up to 6 months (Temporary Work Permit (6 months) – R11)
Multiple entry. Allows you to stay in Nigeria for up to 6 months. No possibility of renewal.
How to get
Issued to individuals seeking employment in Nigeria on a temporary basis.
Requirements for receiving:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages
- Official application for an R11 visa from an employer/institution accepting immigration responsibility
- Evidence of financial support
- Proposal (letter) on the appointment and acceptance of the proposal
- Educational qualifications and CV.
Where to get
You can get a temporary work permit for up to 6 months only through Nigerian consular offices or visa centers.
