The Top 20 Smartest Cities in the World in 2026

The top 20 includes cities from Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. European and American megacities dominate the list, but the high rankings of Dubai, Shanghai, Beijing, Seoul, and Singapore indicate the rapid rise of technology hubs in Asia and the Persian Gulf region.
