You can make a trip to Kiribati by getting a Kiribati visitor visa. The purpose of obtaining a visa can be:

Required documents for obtaining Visitor Visa to Kiribati:

You should use this form if you are applying for a visa to transit through Kiribati. You need to apply for a transit visa if you are going to transit through Kiribati and you are not from a country where the visa regime is canceled.

You can drive Kiribati with an international or domestic driver's license for two weeks. After this period, you must obtain a Kiribati driver's license.
Automobile traffic is left-sided.
Car rental is available in Tarawa.
The minimum age for driving is 17 years old.
The speed limit is 40 km/h in cities and villages and 60 km/h on any other road.
The permitted blood alcohol level is 0.08%.
Drivers should be careful when driving at night, as there are no lights on the streets and visibility is poor.
