The best time to visit Samoa is from May through October. The months offer plenty of sunshine, lower humidity, and comfortable temperatures ranging from 80°F to 85°F, making it ideal for outdoor adventures and relaxation.

- The import of local or foreign currency is not limited. The export of local currency is prohibited. Foreign currency exports are limited to the amount declared in the entry declaration.

- Persons over the age of 16 are allowed to import up to 200 cigarettes or 250 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco into the territory of Samoa duty-free; up to 1 liter of alcoholic beverages, as well as other goods for personal use worth up to 250 talas (a little less than $100).

- The importation of firearms, ammunition, explosives, drugs, and substances containing narcotic substances, pharmaceuticals without a prescription and confirmation of their necessity, as well as photos, videos, and printed materials of "obscene content" is prohibited.
